About Me
In 2023, my picture book, Blue was published In the UK and US by Faber & Faber. It is also now available in Poland, Brazil, New Zealand and Australia.
I'm an author / illustrator based near Cambridge, England. I have a background in marketing and publishing but my real love is storytelling through words and pictures.
I felt instinctively drawn to creating picture books after attending a Children's Book Illustration summer school in 2015. In 2023 I completed an MA in Children's Book illustration at Cambridge School of Art.
In 2019 I was chosen as the winner of the Faber & Faber / Andlyn Fab Prize for Illustration with my picture book Megan's Cat. You can read all about it here.
I write and illustrate stories for young children (ages 4 - 8) that talk about emotions in a way that's accessible, inclusive and engaging, reflecting a child's real-life experience of the world and my love of anything with paws.
If you'd like to discuss my work or talk to me about a commission please get in touch.
